Class Experience

In this class, we will learn how to calm ourselves and stay healthy with yoga and breathing exercises. We will begin class with a fun ice breaker and check in. We will warm up our muscles with a cardio exercise to get our hearts pumping. Then we will learn poses and proper form. Focus will be on alignment and breath. We will also bring some imagination and creative movement into our flow as we connect poses together. Finally after our sequence, we will cool down with guided imagery and a lesson or story. Mindfulness and meditation will be introduced as well.

Parental Guidance
Please provide water and a clear open space, as well as a mat. Please know your students limitations and take appropriate precautions to ensure their safety.
