"Chill-Out" Art Journaling Club: Art Journaling to Find Your Chill (On-going)

Each week, we'll be introduced to a new art activity to try. Perfection is not required; finding an outlet and break from life IS! As we add to our art journal, we'll share our art and talk about what inspired our creations.

Description

Class Experience

The goal of this art journaling class is to find a creative outlet and space for students to take a break and find a place to chill out. Students will learn different ways to draw and create art so when they need it, they have already practiced and made art journaling a habit! They can go to their art journals and find their own chill and place of rest.
Each week, students are encouraged to use what we've reviewed in class as inspiration to create some art! Then students can consider sharing it at the beginning of the next class!
 5 files available upon enrollment
Students may use whatever art supplies they have at home: markers, pencils, rulers, crayons, paints, stencils, etc.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
