Welcome to a friendly, inclusive space designed especially for neurodivergent teens to connect with others who just get it. As a fellow neurodivergent person, I know that traditional social situations can sometimes feel awkward, draining, or just not built for the way our brains work. That’s why I’ve created this space—to celebrate the different ways we experience, express, and connect with the world and each other. Each session is gently structured around conversation starters, light-hearted chat, and opportunities to share your interests—whether that's your pets, art, hyper-fixations, music, favourite YouTubers, or games you love. Think of it like a relaxed hangout where you can just relax and be yourself. We don’t focus on fixing or “improving” social skills to fit neurotypical norms. Instead, we embrace and support your natural ways of communicating—whether that means chatting freely, typing in the Zoom chat, using reactions, listening quietly, or joining in when you feel comfortable. There's no pressure to speak or show your face if you're not up for it. You're welcome to show up in whatever way works best for you, and I can't wait for you to join!
