This class has more of a focus on breeds, and not how to take care of them. Information will be presented through use of pictures and video in a lecture format. I have raised many breeds of fowl on my farm. My special interest is in rare and heritage breeds. I have competed successfully in shows with many of them. My goal is to help preserve these fowl, and to strive to better the breed.
