Class Experience
In this class we will be painting a portrait of a chickadee. Using a step by step approach, and a variety of techniques, students will learn how to create a simple and dynamic painting, and how to use watercolor paint to its best advantage. I try to maintain a calm and engaging environment, emphasizing the process of creating art over the end result. - The class objectives (outside of an enjoyable experience and a pretty painting) and learning some basic sketching and watercolor methods.
-watercolor paper -watercolor paint -large, medium, and small round paint brushes -pencil and eraser -paper towel and water cup -masking tape -hair blowdryer
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
