Class Experience

Learners will be introduced to Chess, unless they already know how to play, in which case they will be paired off to play against each other with guidance from the teacher.

If you would like to meet me first, before committing to a class, please visit my "Office Hours" class for USD$1:

https://outschool.com/classes/office-hours-for-current-future-learners-enrolled-in-classes-with-pamela-7-12y-n4RWvPd2#ustAYO53Uy

Each child will have a chess board and they will show or tell their opponent their moves to be copied or written down by their opponent in order for their opponent to counter-move.

Each class will be learner-directed and dependent upon the expertise levels of the students who enroll. Instruction will be given accordingly, therefore it cannot be planned out as the students who attend will dictate the instruction that will be provided in each class.

Chess notation templates will be provided.

If you are looking for a FLEX (asynchronous with the option of live classes by arrangement) intensive chess training course, please visit:
