Description
Class Experience
Students will learn simple definitions of acid, base and pH, and be able to use red cabbage indicator to categorize household chemicals by pH.
2 files available upon enrollmentPrinted instructions will be available as needed.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Any students that wish to complete the activity at home will need to cut and cook cabbage, and safely handle potentially toxic household chemicals such as bleach and detergent.
