In this one-time class, students will learn about Chemistry basics. We'll start with quick introductions and then learn about atoms and the components of atoms (protons, neutrons and electrons), the periodic table (groups, atomic number, chemical symbol and mass), ions (cations and anions) and isotopes. At the end of class, we’ll play a quiz game that will test students on what they learned during class. The format of this class will be a mix of presentation and lecture. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.

My first degree is in Environmental Science and my second degree is in Chemical Engineering. I have three kiddos between the ages of 3 and 10. We love Pokémon and traveling.
