Students will be learning more about different topics in chemistry through an interactive, lecture-based class. Students should have taken Chemistry 101 and Chemistry 102 prior to this class. Students will be evaluated throughout the class with "check for understanding" questions. Week 1- Students will be learning how to make metric conversions Week 2- Students will be learning what moles are and how to calculate them in a chemical reaction Week 3- Students will be learning about pH through an experiment and how pH can affect chemical reactions Week 4- Students will be experimenting with how temperature can affect chemical reactions This four-week course will explore more topics in chemistry and dive a little deeper into those topics!

Supply List
Notes will be provided to the students in the classroom. Students will also want to have baking soda, vinegar, milk, soda, and fruit juice for chemical reactions.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
