This is a self-paced Chemistry class that will teach students about atoms, the groups of the periodic table, isotopes and mixtures. The videos are a mixture of lecture and presentation. There will be quick homework activities after each lesson (5-10 multiple choice questions). I will grade all homework and respond to any questions within 24 hours. I have a two Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Science. I'm also a licensed Professional Engineer.

This lesson is about what an atom is, the components of an atom, and the first two groups of the periodic table: alkali metals and alkaline earth metals. 11 mins of video lessons
Lesson 2:
Periodic Table Part 2
This lesson is about transition metals, post transition metals and metalloids. 10 mins of video lessons
Lesson 3:
Periodic Table Part 3
Lesson three is about nonmetals, halogens and noble gases. 8 mins of video lessons
Lesson 4:
Periodic Table Part 4
Lesson four is about actinides, lanthanides and isotopes. 9 mins of video lessons
