Class Experience

In this 5 day FLEX camp cheerleaders will learn various motions, sideline cheers and a dance that they can showcase to their friends and family! This class caters to those with busy schedules by allowing you to take class at the most convenient time for you and those who simply do not prefer to take live classes by providing a fun, no pressure atmosphere!

Each day will start off with 10-15 minutes of stretching and warming up our bodies. After stretches we will jump right into learning our motions for the day, slowly walking through each motion as they will be used in the sideline cheers and dance as well. After motions we will learn a sideline cheer and 1 eight count for the dance. I will end class by reviewing everything we have learned that day and what to work on after class.
Each class will be approximately 1 hour long.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I was a sideline and competitive cheerleader for 7 years total at the high school and collegiate level, performing at basketball and football games and the college UCA Nationals held in Florida. Throughout my time as a cheerleader I have led cheerleading camps for ages 3-10 and 14-18 as well as assistant coaching a middle school sideline team.
Fun fact: I competed at Disney World three times while cheering in college and placed 3rd in the nation!
