Class Experience
Cheerleaders will learn the basic cheerleading motions, jumps, and cheers. They will enjoy feeling strong, confident, while learning proper skills in the sport of cheerleading. This is a great way to gage interest and to see if your child wants to continue in the sport.
I was a previous cheerleading coach for both youth and high school for many years. In addition to coaching, I have been a cheerleader myself all throughout middle and high school and have been participating in the sport as an adult at an all-star gym.

No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Have your cheerleader bring to class: -Proper Shoes (no socks only) -A water bottle nearby -Preferably hair out of the face -Room to safely move around *Cheerleaders may want to film and attach a video of themselves performing their cheer or chant. Parents, please review their videos first and as always your child should ask for permission before ever posting.
