In this ongoing class your little cheerleader will begin the basics of becoming a cheerleader and using our social skills to become part of our team and exercise to keep them moving.

Hi and welcome to our Beginning Cheer Squad. Congratulations you made the team! In this class I will introduce basics of a cheerleader. We will learn: - Safe stretching techniques - Motions and the name of the motion - How to use our cheer voice - Simple Cheers - Simple Chants - Freeze dance Fun + We will practice on these each week and introduce a new cheer or chant once we have perfected our skill **Each squad member can dress in a cheer uniform or just shorts and t-shirt. **Each squad member can bring a bottle of water to class if needed **Each squad member will need enough room to practice and in a safe space Class breakdown: Greeting our teammates Quick Strech Practice our motions Practice our Cheer or Chant with our cheer voice Learning to have spirit Cheering is a great way to gain self-confidence and for socialization *I do not refund classes or prorate classes missed by the learner. *
