Cheerleaders will need plenty of space for stretching and wiggling! Cheerleaders will want to dress in clothing appropriate for stretching and moving, and should bring pom-poms if they have them, though these are not required or necessary. Sneakers or tennis shoes and water or Gatorade required! We will open the class with stretches to help condition and prepare the body to work.
