Description
Class Experience
Please wear comfortable clothes and have a safe area to move without hitting anything or anybody.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will be doing some stretching within the class but you may find that your child may need to do some outside of the class as well to help with muscle tension. Students need an open space with room enough to stand and cheer. If desired, they can bring water to class.
