PROGRESS ASSESSED • Entering/exiting a conversation • Starting a conversation • Maintaining a conversation • Making and maintaining eye contact • Feeling comfortable enough to ask questions • Recognizing/reading/responding to verbal and nonverbal cues • Developing an individual voice Students will use their personal experience, prior knowledge, and skills learned from “Let’s Talk” to engage in conversation and make connections.
