Welcome to the Chatter Bugs Club: Beginner ESL Conversation Class! This engaging course offers a supportive environment for young learners at Pre A1 to A1 CEFR levels to develop fundamental language skills while nurturing their communication abilities. Expect interactive sessions where your learner, at the Pre A1 to A1 levels, will actively participate in activities to enhance speaking, listening, and comprehension. We explore diverse topics through enjoyable conversations, kickstarting each class with ice-breakers like songs or short exercises to ensure everyone feels comfortable and ready to engage. In every session, I will introduce new vocabulary and teach simple sentence structures related to the day's topic, fostering discussions and role-plays among peers. I will also provide gentle guidance and corrections to enhance language skills. We conclude each class with a fun chant or song, bidding goodbye to one another. During the class, learners will be encouraged to have one-on-one conversations with the teacher, as well as engage in group discussions. The teaching approach will vary between repetition exercises and opportunities for learners to answer questions independently. The class will focus on developing communication fluency while also paying attention to grammatical accuracy.
