What will be taught? In this interactive ESL class, students will develop their English speaking, listening, and comprehension skills through greetings, weekly themed discussions, and engaging activities. This class is designed to boost confidence and fluency in a fun and supportive environment. What topics will be covered? Each week, we will explore a new theme to keep learning exciting! Topics may include: ✅ Greetings & Introductions ✅ My Favorite Things (food, animals, hobbies, etc.) ✅ Weather & Seasons ✅ Emotions & Feelings ✅ Everyday Conversations (ordering food, asking for help, etc.) ✅ Fun with Storytelling ✅ Holiday & Cultural Celebrations How is the class structured? Each 25-minute class will follow a structured yet dynamic format: 1️⃣ Greetings & Warm-Up – Quick introductions and a fun icebreaker. 2️⃣ Themed Discussion – Engaging conversation based on the week's topic. 3️⃣ Interactive Learning – Games, role-playing, and fun activities. 4️⃣ Wrap-Up & Goodbye – Review key phrases and say our goodbyes. This class is offered 3 or 5 times a week, based on what works best for your learner! How will I teach? 🎨 Creative & Fun Approach – I use storytelling, role-playing, and hands-on activities to keep students engaged. 🎭 Interactive Teaching – Kids will actively participate through games, discussions, and group activities. 📚 Visual & Printable Materials – All worksheets and resources will be provided ahead of time for easy preparation. 🎤 Lots of Speaking Practice – Students will be encouraged to speak throughout the class, helping them gain confidence in using English. What's my teaching style? I am a kind, patient, and highly experienced ESL teacher with over 20 years of experience. I believe that learning should be fun and welcoming, so every child feels safe and encouraged to participate. My classes are structured yet flexible, adapting to each learner’s needs and energy level. How much will learners get to interact? 👩🏫 Lots of teacher-student interaction – I engage with students throughout the lesson by asking questions, giving feedback, and guiding discussions. 🎲 Games & Activities – We play interactive language games to reinforce learning in an enjoyable way. 💬 Student Participation – Every child will have a chance to speak, share, and practice their English in each session. 💡 Important Note: Students should have some basic English knowledge before joining this class. 👉 Let's learn English in a fun, interactive, and supportive way!
