Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will gain skills in drawing, shading, color mixing, and observation while using chalk pastels and colored pencils.
I have been teaching this and similar drawing lessons for 20+ years to a variety of age ranges.
No homework will be assigned but additional practice is always encouraged.
5 pieces of good drawing paper Extra sketch paper to experiment on plus paper to protect the pastel drawing from smearing Pencil (a variety of drawing pencils are helpful but not necessary) Eraser Chalk Pastels Colored Pencils Dry tissues or paper towels Wet paper towel or rag to clean hands throughout the session Placemat
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Guidance will be provided every step of the drawing.
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
