You don't have to be standing up to get a good workout! Chair fitness routines help to strengthen the arms, legs, and core! They also help children improve their gross and fine motor skills and memory. Chair fitness workouts are also ideal for individuals with physical disabilities and limitations. The best part is, you don't need to have a wide open space to take part and get all the benefits! All you need is a sturdy chair that has a back and a willingness to jump on in and follow along with me!
