US Grade Kindergarten - 12
This ongoing 1:1 tutoring class is designed for students to enjoy while gaining mastery of the lesson. Math can be challenging for many students, and I have designed my lessons to bring out the best in each student without forcing it. There will be series of non- tedious practice exercises . - Students will develop their problem-solving skills, master math concepts, and hone their analytical skills. Students will learn techniques on how to pass the SAT, ACT, or FCAT. Students will also develop self-confidence in taking major Math exams in their respective schools through intuitive and interactive exercises and activities.

Students are encouraged to use the annotate feature of Zoom for better learning experience. If not, students can use a whiteboard for their classwork. A scientific calculator is optional. Paper, pen, and colored pencils for young learners is recommended.
Some materials like practice worksheets are taken from education.com but most of them will be taken from text books that follow State Common Core Standards.
I pride myself on my almost 30 years of teaching experience both online and in the classroom. I hold 2 Professional Teaching Licenses from the US and the Philippines. I have taught more than 10,000 of math classes online and was exposed to different cultures having taught in the US, Japan, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines. I was also an SAT Math Reviewer and Teacher at Sylvan Learning Center for many years. I have coached Math Olympiad Contestants and chaired numerous Chess and Math Clubs before.
