Class Experience

Celiac disease can be a frustrating thing to deal with, especially as a child. The stress and anxiety of going out to eat or eating at all can be overwhelming. As a celiac individual, I too know all too well how agonizing it can be. Luckily, I have spent the past decade recreating old favorites to still enjoy with my celiac daughter, so we can eat the foods we want while still staying safe and respecting our bodies.

In this class all recipes are free from gluten, wheat and nuts. We will work with 1 to 1 flours and even learn to create our own gluten-free flour.
Join us as we discuss hardships, lifestyles and overall dealing with celiac disease all while making delicious meals, desserts and snacks that are 100% safe.

Any suggestions for meals, snacks, and sweet treats are welcome.
