Earth Day is a great time to celebrate our big beautiful planet! It is also a great opportunity to learn about our choices and they can help or hurt the planet! In this class we will watch short videos, have some conversations and brainstorm ways we can make a big impact while learning about the history of Earth Day. I will guide children to a few websites that will offer great information and fun activites they can do on their own and or after class. We will explore how all species live under one sky and why it is important to support healthy ecosystems not just for wildlife for for humans as well. Learners will be exposed to the cause and effects of climate change and howit creates and affects endangered species. Learners will have access to printables student magazines and more! I cannot wait to celebrate this Earth Day with you!
