Class Experience

I have worked and taught in the culinary industry for more than twenty years.
half-inch cut boneless Pork Chops
2-3 Eggs
Breading crumbs (pre-made or store-bought)
4-5 Medium potatoes 
Asparagus spears (1 bundle)
5-6 garlic cloves
1 large yellow onion
Olive oil
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper
Seasonings of choice* (optional: chef's choice)

Tools: 2 Sautee pans (one oven-ready), 1 Pot, 1 saucepan, thongs, spatula, whisk, 3 medium bowls, a sharp knife, and cutting board.
1 hour 5 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Kitchen work carries inherent risk. The student will be using knives and handling hot pans. In addition, some people have food allergies, please be aware of allergies such as wheat, eggs, onions, and garlic. Please observe with due caution.
