In this cartwheel class, students will learn how to perform a cartwheel in a positive and encouraging environment. This class is for beginner students who don't know how to perform a cartwheel and want to learn and improve their cartwheels. We will start each class with a short stretch, then work on drills and play games to improve students' cartwheels. Learners will first learn how to perform a learning cartwheel. From there we will work on drills that encourage learners to get their full cartwheel. Once learners can perform a full cartwheel, we will learn variations of cartwheels, such as one-arm cartwheels and round-offs. Class structure: 0-5 - Welcome and stretch 10-25 - Cartwheel practice 25-30 - Game/goodbye Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way.
