In this cartwheel camp, students will learn how to perform a cartwheel in a positive and encouraging environment. This class is for beginner students who want to learn and improve their cartwheels. We will start each class with a short stretch then, we will work drills and play games to better student's cartwheels. Class structure: 0-5 - Welcome and stretch 10-25 - Cartwheel practice 25-30 - Game/goodbye Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way....
Students will learn or improve their cartwheels.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way. (coffee tables, breakable valuables, etc.) Also, provide a soft area (gymnastics mat, yoga mat, carpet) for your gymnast to practice on.
