Class experience
In this 2 session digital art class, learners will use the Procreate app on their iPads to create a cartoon self portrait. Learners do not need to have any knowledge of Procreate, but they will need to have the app downloaded and available to use. Please note that Procreate is only available for Apple devices. Students will learn how to create a new project in Procreate, how to import a photo, how to work with layers, and how to adjust brush settings.
Homework Offered
If students do not finish outlining their drawing by the end of session one then they should spend some time outside of class finishing it before session two.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
