This class is based around the musical work, "Carnival of the Animals," by Camille Saint-Saëns. With each returning class there will be a review of the animal from the previous class, questions on what a composer is, and predictions on what our next animal will be. Learners are encouraged to move to the music and express what they are hearing. Moving to the music can help learners decide if the music sounds like the animals or not. Color pages may be printed off if you wish. Learners are also encouraged to participate in the different movement activities during the class. Making sure that the learner is in a safe and open area for movement is advised.
