Class Experience

Beginner Level

Welcome to all lovers of cute things, kawaii, anime fanatics, and chibi lovers alike to our ongoing drawing club, where you will learn how to draw cute things under the guidance of a certified art educator. In this class, you will learn how to draw a variety of cute cartoons using the kawaii and anime style. 

This fun and engaging drawing class is perfect for beginning cartoonists, anime, and kawaii lovers alike. Each drawing class, will begin with a simple step by step drawing demonstration...

This class is taught in English.

Students will learn how to draw a variety of objects using the kawaii or the Japanese animation art style
Students will expand their drawing skills by learning how to use basic shapes and simple lines

I have gone to school for art education and have obtained my teaching degree via Grand Valley State University and have been certified for art education for grades young five through twelfth grade. I specialize in integrating general curriculum subject matter such as art, English, science, social studies and history into my lesson plans to ensure the homeschool population gets ample opportunity to meet minimum state standards while learning how to draw and having fun.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Class will take place via zoom app only, no outside applications or accounts are necessary to participate in this course.
