Carly's Colorful Colored Pencil Club: How to Draw Fantastic Flowers

Welcome to our ongoing colored pencil class meant for botanists and artists alike. This drawing class is designed to help your student understand the concepts of using colored pencils while studying plant life. The technique of shading and creating texture with colored pencils will be covered. Each week we will focus onto a specific plant and a particular colored pencil technique.

Our class will begin with a chance for each student to share their good news. Next, we will briefly discuss the scientific aspects and medicinal qualities behind each plant before we begin drawing. Most of class will focus primarily on step by step instruction on how to create texture and how to blend with colored pencils. Class will end with a brief show and tell, however sharing works is optional and not required. 

**NOTE: THIS IS CURRICULUM ROTATES ANNUALLY, COME THE NEW YEAR WE WILL START BACK AT THE BEGINNING**
