I have been an active children's fitness and yoga instructor since 2017. In 2018 I recieved my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. I teach kids yoga classes twice a week at a local studio. My classes focus on safety, having fun and helping children grow in their self confidence - whether that be a cool move they made up and are excited to share or remembering the name of our abdominal muscles.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will be moving around, so a safe area clear from furniture or anything else potentially dangerous is required.
