Description
Class Experience
With an emphasis on proper technique, students will move through a cardio and strength workout, which includes flow yoga, and fun poses. Workout may include: burpees, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, push-ups, crunches, flow yoga, and fun cardio. This class includes strenuous exercise. EDPR 540 Methods of Teaching Physical Education 15 years of multi-age teaching experience in the classroom setting — including physical education.
Yoga Mat (optional) Water Bottle Room to move, and a soft, non-slippery surface for footing and floor exercise.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class includes a strenuous workout. If your child has any physical limitations, please let me know. Please choose a location with plenty of space to move around, and no hard objects nearby. Please monitor your child to make sure they are safe and not over exerting themselves. They should have a water bottle nearby.
