Class Experience

We will emphasize nonviolent means for dealing effectively with bullies in this class.

With an emphasis on proper technique, students will move through a cardio and strength workout, which includes kickboxing.

Workout may include:
burpees, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, push-ups, crunches, jump rope, and kickboxing strike techniques.

This class includes strenuous exercise. Please choose a location with plenty of space to move around, and no hard objects nearby. Please monitor your child to make sure they are safe and not over exerting themselves. They should have a water bottle nearby.

Students will monitor their pulse rate, and observe how it changes during the workout.

Please contact me if your child has any injuries, pains, disabilities, or fears that might affect the exercises they can participate in during class so that I can be prepared with alternative exercises ahead of our meeting time. Thanks!
