Description
Class Experience
Learner will learn various exercises and routines to help them stay active at home.
Learner will need a mat or towel for any floor exercises, water bottle to stay hydrated and proper workout attire.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents please be advised that your learner will need an open workout space, proper footwear and a water bottle. Additionally, learners should be supervised in case any injuries occur.
