Workouts will be fun and challenging. HIIT, circuit and pyramid workouts will all be used to target various parts of the body. The goal is to stay moving, not perfection.

Crazy Cardio is all about having fun and staying active. Class will begin with a dynamic warm-up and end with a cooldown. The main goal is to get learners heart rates up and get moving! Please note that modifications will be provided as needed. Classes will vary in form to keep learners engaged. Below are samples of how each method may look like. Learner will learn various exercises and routines to help them stay active at home.
Learner will need a mat or towel for any floor exercises, water bottle to stay hydrated and proper workout attire.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents please be advised that your learner will need an open workout space, proper footwear and a water bottle. Additionally, learners should be supervised in case any injuries occur.
