Description
Class Experience
This is a flex class so the students will be able to access the material at any time. Each week I will post one or more videos in the Outschool classroom describing and demonstrating the next steps and other aspects of the class. There will also be a link to a Padlet wall where I will post the same videos along with tricks and tips about cardboard construction and historical tidbits about castles. Hot glue gun, utility knife, cardboard boxes of various sizes, toilet tissue or paper towel tubes, acrylic craft paint (white, grey, brown, and black), black permanent markers, two feet of string or twine, cutting board or craft surface that can be cut.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
- Padlet
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
This project will require the use of a utility knife and a hot glue gun. Both of these can cause injuries if not used properly. Instructions on safety will be included in the class.
