Over four exciting days, they’ll explore logo design, branding, and digital art—all while having a blast with their ideas. Whisking Up a Logo
🥐 Today, we're going to brainstorm a fun and creative bakery name!
We'll also start designing a unique logo in Canva by choosing colors, fonts, and a design that fits your brand. Before we dive into Canva, we'll complete today's worksheet together to plan out our ideas.

Lesson 2:
A Menu Full of Treats
🎂 Today, we'll design a bakery menu that showcases your delicious treats!
Using your brand colors, fonts, and logo, you'll create a visually appealing and fun menu that fits your bakery's style. We'll start with a worksheet to plan out your menu before bringing it to life in Canva! 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Sweet Recipe Creations
🍰 Today, we'll design a personalized recipe card to match your bakery brand!
You'll use your colors, fonts, and logo to create a stylish and functional card. If you finish early, you can use the extra time to refine your logo and menu. 45 mins online live lesson

Sprinkling on the Finishing Touches
🧁 In our final class, you'll design a storefront sign to bring your bakery brand to life!

Other Details
Pre-Requisites
Students should have a basic familiarity with Canva—knowing how to find and add images and text is ideal. No extensive experience is needed; a bit of exploration will help them dive right into the camp.
Supply List
I’ll provide printable worksheets for brainstorming and planning! If printing isn’t an option, students can use a notebook or scrap paper instead.
Sources
We will be using Canva as our primary design tool. The free version of Canva works great for this class, but if your child has access to the paid version, they'll have even more design options to explore (which can make the experience even more fun!).
Canva offers a free 30-day trial if you'd like to try it out. I do not receive any compensation for mentioning Canva’s paid features—I simply want to make sure you’re aware of all available options!
Additionally, I may guide your child in using a search engine (such as Google) to explore real bakeries, color themes, and other branding elements for inspiration.
