This is a 1-day introductory level class. No prior anatomy or science experience is required. This class is also available as part of an ongoing series of classes: “All Systems Go! An Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology" Learners will join in on an interactive lecture using Nearpod.com. Topics covered will include the function of the sense organs including, tongue/taste, nose/olfaction, eyes/vision and ears/hearing. We will have an opportunity to discuss clinical cases as it relates to...
An optional study guide will be available as a graded homework assignment. The study guide can be downloaded or printed out before class to help the learner follow along in lecture. Study guides are typically 2 pages long and would take about 20-30 minutes to complete. Study guides are to be completed individually.
