In this one-time class, we will enjoy camping and STEM activities together! We will read a book, do some story-telling, learn about constellations in space, and snack while socializing. Feel free to join us from inside your tent or fort!

*Please note that this class will cover different material that the Part 1 class. You also don't need to take the Part 1 class first. Students will learn more about camping and constellations. We will work on reading comprehension skills and creative story-telling as well.
I have 14 years experience teaching children in the classroom. I also have 3 young children of my own that I enjoy doing crafts and camping activities with!
-mini marshmallows -toothpicks -If your child wants to join in with our treat, please bring along: a handful of chocolate chips or a Hershey's chocolate bar, and a handful of Golden Graham cereal or a Graham cracker, and marshmallows OR your child's favorite camping snack -tent or fort and flashlight are optional (but adds more to the feel of "real camping")
If your child decides to join from inside a tent or fort, it would be helpful to still have enough lighting to see your child's face during class.
