Do you enjoy singing? In this 4 day camp, young campers will explore musical concepts through outdoor themed song and movement and receive a downloadable "camp backpack" with songs to sing their hearts out and a camp craft for home. Each week will feature a new song! #CREATIVE
Class experience
Each day of camp will include warmups, sheet music purchased for each student, and musical and / or acting exploration. Musical Campers will have to opportunity to sing for new friends. Each camper will receive a downloadable "Camp Backpack" containing 1-2 songs (depending on length), coloring sheets and an activity for home. Singers will begin learning each song in class and may continue learning them after camp is over using a recording of the song. Topics -Introduction to Solfeggio...
Sarah has been a professional singer and teacher for 20 years! Her youngest students have gone on to win Broadway auditions. Sarah has a passion for teaching young singers and developing a love of music at an early age. She spent 8 years as a teaching artist to young students through the Lyric Opera of Chicago and continues to teach privately. She has a Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. Sarah is the co-author of a children's singing book that will be released in 2022.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
