Class experience
Raddish Kids: Global Eats is an after school enrichment program where students cook and learn alongside a Raddish Kids culinary coach and other Rad Kids across the country to explore cuisines from around the world. Students will make Thai Lettuce Wraps, Greek Salad Bites, Argentine Empanadas, Swedish Pancakes, and Italian Chicken Parmesan. Raddish Kids’ award-winning illustrated recipes are provided and camp lessons incorporate science, math, culture, and more in a fun and engaging way....
Recipes, ingredients and equipment will be posted in Classroom upon enrollment.
Parents should be aware that students will need to use the oven, stove, food processor, and knives during these lessons. We will review safety at the beginning of the class. Parental supervision is suggested anytime kids are in the kitchen.
