Important Notes: All of my classes are inclusive. Classes are suitable for the neurodiverse child. CEFR: B1-B2 and above. Teacher holds a summa cum laude B.A. degree in Psychology from Rollins College, an M.A. in Liberal Studies, a concentration on Yoga with Yoga Alliance's highest qualifications, is a Lead Yoga Teacher Trainer and Yoga Therapist, certified by Yale University in their course The Science of Happiness, and a college professor of Yoga for the Living Arts, with a personal practice spanning 3 continents and decades.

Learner should have a dedicated quiet work space away from noises and distractions, a Yoga mat, a chair and/or meditation cushion. Learner may also want to have a notebook and pen to take notes of their favorite poses, breath & meditation techniques, as well as the practices that promote happiness.
