In this Art History inspired Camp, Learner discovers our fascinating Human World Art History from cave paintings to modern day, covering a thoughtfully curated, international selection of major Master Artists, Media and Styles. Each class presents a central theme from which the discovery unfolds. By the end of this camp, Learner will be personally enriched, have developed greater appreciation for the world and its cultures, and have become an impressive and blossoming art connoisseur. Class meets once a week for 4 weeks covering the following:

Week #1: Horses Might - Inspiration Through Millennia of World Art History
Week #2: Museum Quality Toy Art History Across Millennia & Cultures of the World
Week #3: Latin American Art History - Explore Fascinating 20th Century Art from Mexico to Chile

Camp teaching style is structured in a relaxed, interactive, enthusiastic environment, filled with curiosity. Each class will include a rich slide presentation with details that extend beyond the obvious, sharing unique inside stories. Class size is kept small to include time for Q&A where Learners further their interests. Each class material will complement each other with no repetitions, so that at the end Learner will be truly familiar with some of the world's major civilizations, world geography, master artists, media and styles. No previous experience is required. Camp III may be taken with the other camps in these series which offer completely new material in each presentation.
