Throughout the week, students will engage in projects using text-based and block programming languages. Students will utilize their logical and problem solving skills along with basic math, geometry and ELA to complete assignments. The projects will be completed in Bitsbox and Roboblockly. Daily activities: Day 1 and 1st part of Day 2: Create multi-level Mobile Gaming app 2nd part of Day 2 and Day 3 : Program Virtual Robots for obstacle course challenge A camp participation certificate will be issued to each student on the last day of camp
Learning Goals
Through these coding and building activities, students will gain knowledge in various block and text-based programming languages and improve their logic and problem solving skills which lends to improvement in the core subjects of math, geometry and ELAOther Details

Parents, this class requires a lot of typing, therefore, please assure that your child can type without assistance before registering. However, If you will be assisting your child, please adhere to Outschool class guidelines.

This class is being offered to help students achieve beyond proficiency in their core subjects particularly in ELA and Math. I have over 10 years of experience teaching technology integration with core subjects to students, teachers and administrators.
