Learning Goals
This is an ongoing class to help tweens and teens explore the possibility of a future career in mental heath. The knowledge they gain will provide insight into individual interactions and group interactions, regardless of their future career course. And let's be honest: No one should have to choose the rest of their life at fourteen.

Parental Guidance
This class addresses mature subjects, such as mental health, aggression/bullying, persecution of those who are different than the majority, peer pressure, sexism, and racism. These subjects are addressed through the lens of historical scientific research. This class is not political in nature. In previous classes, students have brought in personal examples related to the material. I encourage class participation but make a point not to engage in therapy. I will always reach out to you, the parent, if something of note arises.
