Description

Class Experience

Students will learn many ways to stretch, meditate, and manage anxiety. The routines will be simple enough for them to take what they learn and apply them on their own whenever needed. 
I have a 200 hr yoga teacher training certificate and a Breathe 4 Change wellness teaching certificate.

I recommend each learner has a yoga mat or towel to practice on, and a water bottle nearby for hydration.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
