Your learner will learn to better communicate their feelings with those around them so that healthy boundaries can be adapted. Students will learn calming skills to help regulate their own emotions. Students will begin developing problem-solving techniques for difficult circumstances. Future classes will provide further knowledge of setting healthy boundaries, becoming self-aware, working with worries, and having healthy social interactions with peers.
