Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Learners will learn relaxation skills to use when they are feeling anxious, worried, or scared, with in-class practice.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional and have been teaching these techniques to children and teens for over eight years. This class is not meant to treat or diagnose any disorders or replace therapy. 
 1 file available upon enrollment
Learners will need two sheets of paper and any writing utensil.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
