Class Experience

Sometimes, our thoughts get the best of us. When we can control our emotions and thoughts then we can act and think more clearly. We will learn this simple but effective meditation that you can practice anywhere, anytime. And it doesn't take long at all! 
There is no homework, but I encourage you to practice the method daily for best results.
One comfortable spot to sit with you back straight. This can be against a wall, chair or on your bed or couch.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
