Class Experience

Homework will be a combination of written and video/audio assignments. Each assignment will be done individually. I will always reply to your submissions with feedback and encouragement. 
Each week I will give you journal prompting questions and you can post your answers in the classroom. 
You will also be asked to submit a video or audio recording of yourself answering the ‘Question of the Week’ on the classroom page. 
And finally, each week I ask that you watch/listen to your classmates’ submissions and comment something positive/encouraging for them.

Example: Week 1 - Nature Meditation
o	Journal Prompts (Post your answers in the classroom)
        -  How do you feel after your meditation?
        -  What did you imagine while you were meditating?
        (*These questions will be the SAME each week.*)
o	Video/Audio Assignment (Post in the classroom)
        - Take a video of yourself or record your voice answering the 'Question of the Week':
          "What is your favorite thing about nature?"
         (*These questions will be DIFFERENT each week.*)
o	Watch/listen to your classmates’ video/audio submissions and comment something positive and encouraging for them.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
