Lesson 1
Nature Meditation
Connect with the natural world through a guided visualization exercise set in serene landscapes such as forests, meadows, and riversides. Cultivate a sense of harmony with nature to promote inner calmness and tranquility. o Journal Prompts (Post in the classroom) How do you feel after your meditation? What did you imagine while you were meditating? o Video/Audio Assignment (Post in the classroom) Answer this week’s question: What is your favorite thing about nature.

Heart Meditation
Explore the depths of compassion and love within yourself through heart-centered meditation practices. o Journal Prompts (Post in the classroom) How do you feel after your meditation? What did you imagine while you were meditating? o Video/Audio Assignment (Post in the classroom) Answer this week’s question: Tell us who you are thankful for. Your friends and family members that you love and care about.

Treehouse Meditation

Flower Meditation

Mountain Meditation
In this guided meditation, you will be encouraged to use your imagination and feel yourself climbing a mountain to help you feel proud of all of your accomplishments. o Journal Prompts (Post in the classroom) How do you feel after your meditation? What did you imagine while you were meditating? o Video/Audio Assignment (Post in the classroom) Answer this week’s question: Tell us about a goal that you have or something you would like to achieve.

Rainbow Meditation
In this meditation, we will be imagining each color of the rainbow flowing through our bodies one at a time. o Journal Prompts (Post in the classroom) How do you feel after your meditation? What did you imagine while you were meditating? o Video/Audio Assignment (Post in the classroom) Answer this week’s question: What are the 3 qualities that you love most about yourself?
Homework Offered
Homework will be a combination of written and video/audio assignments. Each assignment will be done individually. I will always reply to your submissions with feedback and encouragement. During each section, I will give you journal prompting questions and you can post your answers in the classroom. You will also be asked to submit a video or audio recording of yourself answering the ‘Question of the Day’ on the classroom page.
