During each section, learners will be guided through different visualization meditations with videos that have been pre-recorded. Each week will be a different meditation encouraging learners to use their imagination to create a calm and relaxing space in their mind. Meditations include relaxing music and positive affirmations. Homework will be a combination of written and video/audio assignments. I will always reply to your submissions with feedback and encouragement. Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a Nutritionist and Mental Wellness Coach. I enjoy sharing Holistic Ways of Improving our Mood.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am certified in Mindfulness, Meditation & Neuroscience as well as Conscious Care & Support.
Over the years, I have taught art, physical education, as well as promoted self-esteem and confidence. More recently, I have been teaching English as a second language, and I had the privilege of homeschooling my 9 year old Step-Son this year. However, my main passion is teaching guided Meditations, Nutrition and Wellness courses to adults and children.
I am passionate about teaching kids the importance of eating healthy foods to support their mental well-being and overall health. I enjoy sharing simple lifestyle habits that can be used to reduce anxiety and help your child deal with stress. I believe that these are tools that can be carried with them into adulthood.
As a teacher, I love to ask questions and encourage students to share their thoughts. Providing a warm and inviting learning environment is very important in order to nurture Positive Self-Image and overall Mental Wellness.
