Welcome to this class page!  Your child will learn how to add/subtract within 1,000 with regrouping and using strategies, identify odd or even numbers, place value to 1,000, tell time to the nearest 5 minutes, count how much money you have, measure using inches, feet, meters, centimeters, graph data and compare graphs, Identify triangles, quadrilaterals, pentagons, hexagons, and cubes.

 I am available through the messaging system if your child does not understand something, please let me know. If you have a question, please reach out. I typically respond quickly unless it is in the middle of the night CST.

Each week 24 hours before class, I will upload the work packet for the week. In the work packet you will find the worksheets for the class which we will complete together and the worksheets that are optional if your child would like to enhance his/her learning and have extra practice.

I give a monthly newsletter that will include the lessons for the month, ideas or strategies that will help your child best succeed in math. I also include any class changes such as upcoming holidays or breaks when we will not be meeting.
